Located at the corner of Decker Lane and Loyola Lane. JD’s Market No. 7 is a shopping center complex consisting of a 35,000 square foot grocery store, with a gas station and oil change station. The site is located along Elm creek with extensive wetlands and floodplains.The floodplain was modified to accommodate the project.

The water quality bio-filtration ponds cascade into the detention ponds without the need for expensive splitter boxes. This project was designed with a tiered system of ponds.

This Highland Park-West Balcones community consists of 4 single family homeswith 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths, 2 car garages, 2400 square feet. Homes from the $500,000s.This project is another new urbanism infill project. The site includes a water quality pond and as located in the Edward’s Aquifer Recharge Zone however site grading was used in lieu of a detention pond.

This method of grading is another technique that can be used to maximize density and ensure no downstream flooding.
